Hi, I’m Trisha Farrow, founder of Elev8 4 Impact

At the center of who I am is my faith and family, my unshakable foundation and greatest joy. I married my jr high school sweetheart, and together we’re raising our two kids – my favorite people in the whole world. They are my why, my daily reminder that purpose, love, and legacy matter more than anything else.

Professionally, I’ve spent over 20 years shaping people strategy across high growth organizations. I’ve led transformations at global scale, guiding leaders through mergers and acquisitions, scaling teams, and building cultures that unlock both performance and purpose. Along the way I’ve discovered my passions are helping people and businesses thrive through simple and effective human centered solutions. Those passions and my values are what fuel my work and keep me grounded in what matters most.

After walking through a major life event in November of 2024, I began to see life and leadership differently. In the middle of a hard season, something beautiful happened – I started to dream again. I felt a powerful nudge to share my learnings, not just inside boardrooms, but through writing and speaking. Instead of sitting on it and wondering can I really do this, I decided to act. I stepped forward in faith, and that leap became Eleve8 4 Impact .
